Again, Michelle Obama chose an up-do for a more elegant evening at a 2005 ceremony hosted by Oprah Winfrey, honoring women prominent in arts, entertainment and civil rights. Here she is featured with husband Barack Obama as well as Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. In a long white dress, Obama made her look simple and beautiful by making her necklace the focus of her ensemble.
