Obama passed a $787 billion Stimulus in less than 60 days after Inauguration, to jump start the economy.
Bill Clinton took 8 years and could not pass an $18 billion Stimulus Bill.
I see a difference right here in Arizona.
Arizona is really on the ball.
They have already planned and received some of their Stimulus money, started to hire workers and build roads.
