The stock market is another one; balances out and rises over time; has now uncharacteristically lost 15% since January 20th, Obama's Inauguration.
Anyone can see that the stocks are so cheap now that investors should be rushing in to buy up the cheap stocks resulting in a rising stock market.
Even Citigroup stock has dropped from $57 to 97 cents. Now you know that's cheap.
